Has anyone given their dogs slippery elm? Please share your experience…
Contemplating whether I should start using it
Thank you 🙂
Slippery elm is a herb and is comes in the form of capsules to use as a supplement.
I have seen a few recommend it on a local forum so did a Google search. It’s said to have many varied benefits, one being it acts as an anti inflammatory.. I am using Synoquin.
Kathryn- thank you for the info
Similar to Louisa I have not come across this as a supplement for OA… I haven’t met any clients who use it but I believe its aimed at digestive health??
If you are looking for a natural supplement for joints take a look at our website under the FAQ section where there is a lot of information on how to evaluate a supplement and what components in joint supplements you should look for.
Omega 3, glucosamine and chondroitin have the most evidence behind them
I’m not aware of this supplements benefits to arthritis – where have you found the information? Are you already using any other supplements?
