If you are feeding a joint care diet, are supplement pills ontop of that worthwhile, or will the maximum helpful levels of supplement be reached by the diet alone?
Thanks in advance 🙂

Hey there islasummer,
Supplements can be hit and miss, but if your diet contains omega 3 fatty acids then personally I wouldn’t be inclined to add any more in. You would be much better off spending your money on a non-slip rug!
